My goal is to create fantastic models and designs for the game industry.

The Art Institute of California, San Diego 2006-2007
BS in Game Art & Design, gpa 3.8
Classes included classes on prototyping, modeling, designing, animating and concepting for video games. We used Maya, 3DS Max, PhotoShop, MudBox, and the UnReal engine. I have been a member of the school's Concept Art Club and have been Team Lead for Team Spectacle, which created "Operation: Predawn"; an UnReal mod based in the middle east. I have also been on the Dean's List or Presidents list for every quarter I have been enrolled.

Classes included fine art classes in painting, drawing, sculpting, printing, and computer design.
Career:
I have worked as a contract graphic artist for large and small companies through out the San Diego market since 2000.
Today's Local News, San Marcos, CA 2005
A local newspaper with 50,000 in circulation, I was a graphic artist in charge of producing the Lifestyle pages, and parts of the news section.
Phizer Corp, La Jolla, CA 2004
I was an in-house graphics artist that helped produce flyers, presentations, and posters for the scientist and administrators at Phizers's La Jolla, CA location.
Isis Pharmaceuticals, Carlsbad, CA 2002
I was a graphic artist and print coordinator for Isis Pharmaceuticals; a company of over 500 employees. I also aided in their library department archiving scientific papers, and creating a database of resources for research.
I have also worked as a freelance graphic artist working with numerous musical artist and printing companies. |
